One of our key Account Directors is looking for a customer service oriented Account Executive to help support.
set of existing accounts, managing their end to end daily requirements. An excellent opportunity for someone who is able to identify whitespace opportunities in conjunction with software vendors and can generate incremental business within the allocated accounts by building on strong customer relationships.
The role requires organisation to manage workloads and ensure deadlines are met & customer expectations are met/exceeded and you should be used to upholding SLA's as well as performing basic office procedures such as mailing contracts and running reports to support the licensing sales team.
