As a Field Sales Executive you will be the primary point of contact for our blue chip partner, supporting 11 stores across various locations in the North East and South East of London. You will be responsible for maintaining the strength of the brand and our TV and Audio products in all stores to drive incremental sales.
Your main focus will be to drive your stores’ performance. Via regular store visits and meetings with key stakeholders, you will utilise your analytical skills to review sales data. Using your exceptional communication and relationship building skills you will collaborate with Store Directors and Owners, Management and Store Colleagues to agree and implement development plans.
An inspirational people manager for our In Store Development Executives (ISDEs), you will work collaboratively with them to drive sales - providing quality coaching and developing them through your field accompaniments. You will be mindful to always take a solutions focussed approach in order to support and empower the team to overcome challenges; keeping regular communication to keep focus on delivering best in class standards.

Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
Complete dashboard meetings with store management on a weekly basis, collaborating with store management to achieve our objectives, professionally representing the brand at all times.
Training & Development
Supporting with the induction and on boarding of your ISDEs, you will continuously develop your team, working collaboratively with Staff Development to complete field accompaniments and set SMART objectives.
Monitor sales performance against target, ensuring your team have the tools to perform well. Establish training needs within each store and arrange formal training sessions to ensure a high level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
Reporting and Data
SMART Reporting & insight is integral to the success of our business. You will be required to review and utilise appropriate sales data to drive sales within your stores, identifying areas of opportunity and making smart recommendations.
Ad Hoc Activity
Support any additional activity including promotional activities and store events as well as. road shows, VIP visits or supporting another territory, in agreement with your line manager

Location: South East & North East London
Salary: Starting at £21,000 + 15% Bonus (company car, phone, laptop)
Days of Work: Monday - Friday
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
