Our client who is one of the UK's leading commercial vehicle dealership. Due to their continued success Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of Database and Marketing administrator to join the busy team in Birmingham.

The role:

Reporting to the Marketing manager you will be assisting in the administration of all aspects of the department's responsibility.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Maintain, develop, enhance and cleanse departments data
  • On-going maintenance of the management reporting suite, currently in development
  • Provide input to facilitate the implementation of and integrated marketing communications plan to optimise seasonal and promotional peaks
  • To be fully conversant with sales and after sales processes, pricing structures, to develop and deliver immediately following manufacture led campaigns
  • Working with sales staff to manage Enquiry Management System and Autoline CRM
  • Prepare and distribute campaign reports for all marketing communication activity - to include channel management, media selection, targeting, contact strategy and setting objectives and KPI's
  • Any other activities as discussed with the Marketing Manager as the administration role grows and develops

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, have a high attention to detail, as well as the following working experience:

  • Familiarity with the industry standard statistical analysis methods and principles of database design.
  • An understanding of the wider marketing and media landscape
  • Proven ability of creating and delivering measurable market plans
  • High competence in analytics and reporting techniques
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced IT Skills - particular knowledge of Kerridge (AutoLine) Excel, Powerpoint, and word
  • Experience of working in a changing environment
  • Strong decision making and influencing skills
  • Ability to work well as part of the wider dealership team, but also to prioritise workload and take individual responsibility

Hours of Work:

0830- 1700 Monday to Friday
22 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
