The Role: This energetic media business requires a New Business Sales Manager to join their expanding London office. On track to continue with their 25% year on year growth, this company is looking to expand their talented and motivated sales team. Managing a team of 5 selling subscriptions based advertising into the Motor industry, the New Business Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, setting KPIs and driving sales activity. While the New Business Sales Manager will directly sell and oversee deal closing, this is a predominantly management position suited for a sales professional who is an effective motivator and strategist.

The package for the New Business Sales Manager:

  • £32-43,000 basic plus 45% salary uncapped OTE
