Catering Trainer / Site Manager– Leatherhead

Salary £26,000 - £29,000 + car allowance and excellent benefits

Promoting the brand and maintaining brand standards through training and coaching; while managing the Leatherhead site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the performance of the team so standards are being adhered to
  • Listen, respect and respond to the team’s views on decision-making
  • Enable the team to deliver what is expected of them and reward exceptional performance
  • Guarantee that the team are fully trained to the required standards
  • Organise regular team meetings to keep everyone informed and motivated
  • Work out team schedules based on business needs and enforce time keeping
  • Assure that all members of the team are working in a safe and secure environment
  • Provide customers with an excellent experience through quality coffee and an efficient and friendly service every single time
  • Guarantee that everyone follows all Health and Safety regulations and guidance required by law to minimise any potential risks towards the team and customers
  • Achieve the sales and manage the budget set out 
  • Maximise site’s profit through best in class performance
  • Manage stock, profit and loss and cash handling
  • Support training, ensuring that every member of their team is trained to brand standards
  • Support sites across the group in training requirements
  • Collect information from sites to help troubleshoot any issues
  • Come up with training and coaching ideas to improve standards on sites
  • Take part in training workshops at the company’s Global Headquarters
  • Make sure that training records on sites are up to date
  • Recognise and give feedback when needed

Experience Required

  • Worked in a customer faced environment
  • Managed a team
  • Training and coaching
  • Passionate about coffee standards and quality
