As a Standards & Guidance Manager in the Retail and Business Banking's first line Assurance, Risk & Control team, you'll play a vital role supporting our contact centres, branch network and digital channels in achieving fair customer outcomes. Providing proportionate and accurate technical regulatory advice (ideally linked to unsecured and secured lending), you'll also help to ensure we stay compliant and you'll be committed to providing great customer service as you'll place the customer at the heart of everything we do.

You'll discover plenty of professional challenges and career progression, as you build on your risk and regulatory experience gained in a regulated financial services environment to develop controls in the 1st line. A strong track record of providing regulatory advice will be vital too - based on a technical understanding of the latest regulatory requirements and their impact on policy, products and customer outcomes.
