Our client is a dynamic international events management business based in Camden Town.  They are currently looking to recruit a fluent French-speaker for a permanent Billing Administrator role in their London head office finance team.  

Reporting to the Billing Manager, a Billing Administrator (BA) is part of the team that are wholly responsible for the accurate and timely billing of both end clients and suppliers (commissions) across the group. Accurate and timely billing is the building block of the group's cash-flow as without this they are unable to collect money and subsequently pay suppliers. Billing Administrators will work across the entire business and should be capable of billing for clients across all services and geographies.

• Fluent French and English
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Ability to deal with conflict in a diplomatic and professional way, potentially remotely, depending on where the team is based
• Experience of creating invoices to client specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational and numerical skills
• Excellent collaborative working skills, engaging with both sales, operations (delivery) and other parts of the finance team
• IT literate with a good standard of Excel
• Dynamic and enthusiastic team player
• Ability to work on own initiative and also as a key team member
• Ability to work to policies and procedures
