An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager at Unilever's prestigious Global HQ in Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 36.25 hour week working Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is up to £36,876 per annum, pro rata.

Signal (knows in some countries as Pepsodent) has accelerated its growth in the past years to enter the Top 15 brands club in Unilever and has recently started to bring to life its new Vision and Brand Identity "A smile changes everything", driven by a powerful social mission ambition to improve the brushing habits of 100million people by 2020 (60m having been reached in 2015).

Signal is investing heavily in digital communications in 2017 as part of the company-wide "Digital 2.0" programme. A critical element of this is the build and rollout of a Global the website and web/SEO optimised content, as well as implementing the CMS tools that sit behind.
Signal will be launching its master site in March 2017 in April and so is looking to secure additional project management support to move quickly across multiple markets across Europe, APAC and NAME.

Responsible for managing the end to end brand implementation network for each brand ( Signal initially), including localisation with BB
Deliver localisation of new website, manage local brand managers and agencies to deliver content and build of the site on time (Sapient, R/GA and TAG)
Deliver new e-commerce and product imagery across multiple markets, managing creative agency through to delivery, with support of digital brand manager
Source and manage product information into Unilever global tool PIM (including legal and R&D approvals)
Manage content management system for upload of content and distribution with local brand managers
Manage internal stakeholders ( brand, legal, R&D etc) to gain approvals
Track the high level end to end project plan and ensuring milestones are met on time
Escalate risks and holding work stream owners accountable for delivery
Track the repeatable model and ensuring learnings and common themes are applied

Role requirements
Project manager with experience of website and technical digital builds (3+ years)
Previous work with Unilever an advantage
Experience of working with UX/creative agencies, Sapient/ TAG an advantage
Wider understanding of brand communications, including FMCG/ health and beauty brands

Project Management Skills
Confidently manages all aspects of end-to-end delivery of the creative work across all parties
In-depth understanding of and experience in digital technology
Collaborates with the brand from project conception, and securing their input throughout project planning all the way through to delivery
Manages the project plan, budget, delivery and proposals from the assigned suppliers
Manages multiple projects and/or workstreams for the brand
Sets up metrics and evaluation criteria for all work
Tracks and manages financial profitability and manage financial forecasting for assigned projects
Continuously evaluates and develops quality of work and brand satisfaction, following up with appropriate action
Confident, proven supplier management and facilitation skills - experience in nurturing and growing relationships
Facilitates a friendly, trusting, effective and collaborative working relationship with any stakeholders, preferably with global markets experience
