Customer Service Advisor - Inbound
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday with one 10am - 7pm per week after probation
Location: Leeds City centre
Start Date: 27th March 2017

A great opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's leading conveyancing companies, based in their busy Leeds City Centre office.
This is an Inbound Customer Service job handling initial calls from customers going through the conveyancing process. You will be using your excellent communication skills to understand the customers needs, dealing with the customers queries where possible and also transferring calls to other departments where relevant.
* Taking inbound calls from customers
* Understanding and dealing with customers queries
* Providing excellent customer service
* Transferring customers to the right department
*Previous experience in a customer focused, sales or collections role.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
