Our client, a leader in software development for the advertisement and communication agency market, is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager to focus on development of their UK market, building on leads generated by their third party agency.

Your area of responsibility

  • Responsibility for ensuring and further developing existing business
  • Development and control of appropriate marketing campaigns for the existing customers target group
  • Up-selling of current software versions and additional modules and functionalities
  • Independent & proactive creation of offers and establishment of account management
  • Establishment and further development of a CRM system for existing customer development as well as independent execution of lead and opportunity management in the system
  • (Co)Development of an integrated sales strategy and establishment of an after-sales process in the customer life cycle

Your qualifications

  • Passionate personality with a sense of business and realism, communicative, transparent, predictable, reliable as well as structured and analytical with a high focus on performance and results
  • Great negotiating skills and very good stakeholder manager with the ability to inspire and integrate people with different experiences and mentalities
  • Relevant sales experience for software in the ERP environment from the development of existing customer business and founded practical experience in lead and opportunity management
  • Competence in the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Experience in the design and implementation and controlling of marketing campaigns
  • Very good knowledge of software license and maintenance contract management
  • Good command of the German and English language and readiness to travel on occasion
