360 Resourcing are a leading retail recruitment consultancy based in Covent Garden, London.

We work with a number of retail brands and boutiques across the UK and are currently recruiting for an experienced Wholesales Customer Service Coordinator for a leading luxury brand.

This role is based at the Head Office in London.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Highly experienced in Microsoft office including Outlook and Excel
  • Great knowledge of SAP
  • Experienced dealing with national and international wholesale clients
  • Innovative, proactive and service driven. Obsessed with delighting customers and consumers with a “can do” approach
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • A sense of urgency and an ability to deal swiftly with changing business and customer needs
  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative when required
  • Well presented with the ability to communicate confidently in perfect English
