This market leading employee benefits and pensions consultancy are seeking a DC Team Leader Pension Admin to be based from their offices in Reading. Our client strives to the provider of choice in pensions and employee benefit services. They are committed to providing a professional and high quality service that is tailored to their clients needs.
Our client provides a full range of consulting and administration services to a wide client base which include actuarial, pensions, healthcare and employee benefit consulting.
The candidate responsibilities will be based on work management, client management and people management.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Third Party Administrator environment with a strong background in DC Pension Admin. In addition the candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience of people management.
