Role

You will be working closely with the digital marketing manager and e-commerce Manager to support on building and delivering all on and off site marketing campaigns and content. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analysing the marketing campaigns, PPC, display and managing affiliate relationships.

Reporting to: Senior Digital Marketing & Customer Insight Manager

Key responsibilities

PPC and Display

  • Work with external agency to assist with daily management of PPC and display ads
  • Drive campaign efficiency by sharing learnings of successful product launches with the agency
  • Identify opportunities to grow the channel keeping informed of innovation in the sector
  • Identify keywords based on upcoming collections.
  • Review Google trends to identify opportunities for the brand.

SEO

  • Support digital marketing manager on internal SEO strategy in line with the overall strategy
  • Manage and drive bloggers outreach program in collaboration with brand team
  • Regularly conduct key word research and provide recommendations to help optimise onsite SEO and paid search
  • Review Google trends to identify opportunities for the brand.
  • Update written descriptions on category listing pages in line with SEO strategy.
  • Build internal SEO strategy in line with the overall strategy and build relationships for offsite links.

Social and Email Marketing

  • Monitor and report performance on all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest).
  • Research and outreach to appropriate bloggers.
  • Upload refreshed paid social ads weekly
  • Report campaigns perfomance and optimise accordingly
  • Work with external agencies on re-targeting display campaigns on facebook
  • Assist in writing content for emails and support email planning.

Customer Insight

  • Support with building customer surveys, coordinating top spender events, contacting customer groups for feedback.

Affiliate

  • Manage and optimise relationships with Affiliates.
  • Proactively reach out to new affiliates to on-board them onto our affiliate scheme and develop long-term partnerships.

General

  • Weekly monitoring of competitor activity and presenting this at the Trade meeting.
  • Ongoing monitoring & analysis of campaigns using Google Analytics.
  • Coordinate competitions with likeminded brands.
  • General ad hoc research.

Person Specification

  • 2 yrs+ experience of digital marketing, ideally within a fashion retail business
  • Experience in PPC and SEO is essential, ideally Google Adwords certified
  • Strong understanding of the principles of digital marketing and general marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate including MS Word,Excel, and ideally basic Photoshop skills
  • A good understanding of and keen interest in social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc.
  • Highly organised with an ability to work on a number of tasks simultaneously and to deadlines
  • Exposure to developing seasonal strategy & activity plans.
  • Self-starter who is equally comfortable working on their own and with a team
  • Able to contribute fresh and innovate ideas across all marketing activites
  • A passion for fashion
