Working For Us

Since humble beginnings in 1969, Connect have grown to become market leaders in B2B and B2C appliance parts distribution and appliance repair operations. From a garden shed to a 240,000 sq ft National Distribution Centre and 42,000 sq ft head office complex, there’s no denying that our business has seen staggering expansion. Our family run, innovative company is now the largest distributor of appliance spare parts in the UK, but that didn’t happen overnight. The hard work and commitment of our loyal and motivated staff is what has allowed us to develop and grow.

Our team works tirelessly to ensure our well established trade relationships with independent retailers remain strong, our ecommerce customers can easily find the information and parts they need to fix their broken appliances themselves and that consumers not comfortable with home repairs can easily engage one of our experienced service technicians. Our pedigree of over 45 years’ experience, commitment to the latest technologies and best-in-class service delivery have all contributed to our success, but our dedicated and driven people are our most valuable asset.
