Your new role
As the Assistant Facilities Manager you will join the existing senior management team overseeing a highly prestigious hotel in Central London. Supporting the Head of Facilities, you will help deliver a first class service taking ownership and responsibility for a large in-house team and several supply partners.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have prior experience of working with the hospitality sector, ideally at a major 4 or 5 star establishment. A strong hard services knowledge including delivery of PPM's/Reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and building fabric repairs is a must. Candidates must also have sub-contractor management experience alongside strong client facing skills.
