The Best You Corporation Finance & HR Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join Europe’s leading personal development company based in Central London. This is a pivotal role reporting directly into the CEO and responsible for the day to day running of the finance department.

Responsibilities include (but by no means limited to):

  • Monthly preparation of management accounts & payroll.

  • Daily bank account/Credit card reconciliation management

  • Daily and weekly performance reporting and analysis

  • Recording and analysis of sales

  • Manage VAT/HMRC etc

  • Payment runs and processing

  • Managing relationships with suppliers, accountants, professionals etc.

  • Ad-hoc work as needed.

  • As the expert on the Company’s accounting system Xero, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of its data, and will ensure all users are trained on it’s use, ensuring all reporting functionality is maximised to provide accurate and timely visibility in terms of sales, expenditure according to budget, cashflow, and profit margins.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Qualified/part qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)

  • Proactive attitude and analytical approach to work

  • Experience of Xero essential, experience of CRM (especially Infusionsoft) a bonus

  • Confident communicator able to liaise effectively at senior levels with both finance and non-finance teams

  • Systems literate

  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with changing focus and business demands within a fast paced environment

Compensation details
£30-40k per annum (Depending on experience)
