THE ROLE: The successful area sales manager will be managing relationships with national and independent merchants as well as gaining new specifications via architects and builders; sales are conducted at branch manager and site manager level and you will mainly be looking after current accounts.

THE COMPANY: This leading manufacturer of insulation materials now seeks a new area sales manager to join their sales team in the North East. They have over a quarter of a century of successful trading history behind them and huge expansion plans in place for 2015. Their product range includes multi-foil insulation, wood fibre insulation, membranes and hybrid insulation.

Your CareerFull product training is provided and opportunities for the new area sales manager to move into key account management or full specification management are very good.

For this Area Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales experience
  • Any experience of sales in the construction or distribution sector is useful but not essential
  • Enthusiastic and tenacious sales people with strong relationship building skills are required
