Future Options Recruitment is working with a great client to fill their Service Advisor vacancy. Located in Worthing, this is a very busy and successful Dealership who constantly deliver outstanding customer service.
Key duties will include:
- Take receipt of vehicles
- Advising customers in person or by telephone
- Making initial diagnoses
- Monitoring the repair process take receipt of repaired vehicles and handing them over to customers
- Actively selling after-sales services in a customer-oriented manner, ensuring the workshop is to full capacity by effectively scheduling customer orders.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical knowledge would be advantageous
Hours of work
07:00 hours to 17:00 hours, 1 hour lunch break, alternate Saturdays, or 08:00 hours to 18:00 hours, 1 hour lunch break, alternate Saturday
Salary £23,000 to £25,000 depending on experience
