Are you looking to start anew career with a fast-growing, dynamic company? Well look no further! We’re on the lookout for a Data Coordinator to join our Contact Centre team in Haywards Heath.

As a Data Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for developing, publishing and analysing Management Information (MI) for non-reportable complaints on a regular and ad-hoc basis. You’ll need to identify and highlight trends and emerging areas, and utilise this information to produce data that can be used by stakeholders across the operational area to deliver sustainable and improved customer outcomes.


Main Job Responsibilities:


• Identify relevant insights from complaints to help identify themes and issues, in order for them to be addressed by the relevant business owners
• Produce and develop MI reports
• Ensure that the MI data sources and reporting tools are kept secure and up to date
• Contribute to the development of any new system
• Analyse all complaints and root cause information, report on emerging and ongoing issues, as well as monitor the effectiveness of any implemented solutions
• Input information and insights to Product Risk Assessments

What we’re looking for:

Skills, experience and knowledge

• Experience of data gathering & analysis
• Highly developed interpersonal communication skills, and experience in dealing with customers/ users
• Experience of process definition (Visio or similar) would be preferred
• Strong customer focus, measured by the timely and accurate production of MI reports, analysis and commentary that address the key customer experience issues and solutions
• Experience in producing reports for senior stakeholders/ report writing
• Strong IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with Microsoft Office packages
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work independently and own work items and deliverables
• Knowledge of a complaints management system is desirable
• Knowledge of FCA requirements, including Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
