Homecare Office Manager - York

Salary - £20,000 to £24,000 per annum

Our client is a small family run Homecare agency with three Branches in Yorkshire. We are looking for an ambitious Homecare Office Manager to work closely with the Operations Manager and lead a small team in York.

You may already be an experienced Manager from the domiciliary care sector and looking for a new challenge or you might be a deputy manager or senior coordinator looking for the next step into a management role. This is an exciting job for someone with a passion for delivering quality care and the ambition to blossom in the healthcare sector and for the right candidate there is the opportunity to progress into a Registered Manager role.

Duties include:

  • Setting KPI`s for the team.
  • Compliance Management.
  • Sickness Management.
  • Ongoing recruitment plans and campaigns etc.
  • Marketing the Business.

The job of Homecare Office Manager requires you to manage, lead and motivate a small team and to progress and push the business forward, so strong management and leadership skills along with recruitment and Marketing experience are all essential qualities needed to be successful in this role.
