We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our team based in Pool in Wharfedale, Leeds. The role is paying a competitive salary of up to £21,000 + bonus. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in proactively developing and nurturing enterprise accounts ideally within the financial sector, with experience in selling professional services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and close sales opportunities within the customer base to deliver sales growth
  • Grow existing accounts and further penetrate new accounts
  • Manage and handle inbound enquiries from existing accounts
  • Manage complex sales campaigns and engage, build and maintain relationships up to a senior level
  • Sell a breadth of professional services to enterprise customers
  • Take accountability for all operational transactions to ensure ownership of customer
  • Plan and own multiple solution sales campaigns
  • Keep up to date with market trends and track competition
  • Adapt sales style to meet customer requirements and expectations
  • Demonstrate a highly customer and business focused attitude
  • Consistently develop presentation, communication, influencing and negotiation skills

Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrate extensive commercial experience and a proven track record in customer management
  • Have commercial, financial and legal understanding
  • Have a natural ability to adapt style to customer requirements
  • Experience of working in a highly customer and business focused environment
  • Have exceptional presentation, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Be able to manage complex sales campaigns and engage, build and maintain relationships up to a senior level.
  • Ideally have some experience in planning, owning and delivering multiple sales campaigns
