BOOK-KEEPER / ACCOUNTS

Adoptionplus is a not for profit adoption agency based in Moulsoe, near Milton Keynes. We are a small but growing, innovative, highly regarded organisation which offers therapeutic services designed to support adopted children and their families. (Rated by Ofsted as Outstanding in 2016)

We wish to recruit an experienced Finance Officer to run the day to day accounting function for the agency, and be responsible for undertaking all financial processing and controls, and producing management reports for the CEO.

The successful candidate must have proven relevant experience as well as competence in SAGE 50 and MS Excel. They must also be extremely organised, have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively as part our small, friendly team. They could ideally be AAT qualified or CIMA/ACCA full or part-qualified.

Hours of work can be flexible and it is envisaged that 10 hours per week would be required on a salary of £7,500 p.a. (full time equivalent salary £26,250 p.a.) The position may also suit self-employed applicants.
