Reed Accountancy are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator who have experience working in a busy office environment. This is an excellent part time permanent opportunity in Liverpool City Centre.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Processing a large number of invoices daily
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Dealing with queries for clients and customers over the phone and by email
• General office duties – scanning, filing and photocopying
• Ad hoc admin duties

Ideally you will be/have:

• Excellent excel skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a timely manner
• Numerical proficiency

This is a fantastic part time opportunity reporting into an experienced Office Manager offering a starting salary of £16,500-£17,000 pro rata.
