The Role

OfficeTeam, a division of Robert Half are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Help Desk Assistant on behalf of our client based in Hinckley. The role will be to assist with the change over to their new software system on Microsoft Office365. You will be tasked with setting up the administration of their email exchange such as setting on email distribution lists, email group lists etc. After this task is finished the role will be full time help desk support which includes resetting passwords, hardware setup, process starters and leavers access. You will also be referring queries to 2nd and 3rd line support, logging call details, processing associated details to do with the IT query. The role requires an immediate start and the working hours are shifts between 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Your Profile

To be considered for this role you MUST have experience with Office 365 and also have a proven IT assistant background ideally both together (an IT assistant working on Office365). You must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be clear and concise on the phone. You must be immediately available to start work.
