This highly successful recruitment company that has swiftly risen to be market leaders in it's nich is looking for an experience business development manager to join them in a new role.

Duties of the business development manager:

Commercial management and negotiation of preferred supplier agreements
Rollout and implementation of wins into the business
The development and implementation of targeted business development strategies
Ongoing Key Account Management of key preferred supplier relationships
Commercial gap analysis of existing business and target business
The creation and submission of high quality proposal documents and presentations to current and potential clients.
The ongoing development and implementation of tender and proposal processes.
Managing all elements of the bid process
Ensuring best practice standards are adhered to at all times
Obtaining feedback from clients on 'wins' / 'losses'.
Attending client meetings / supplier briefings.
Managing eAuctions

Ideal candidates should have a background in professional recruitment where they can demonstrate a track record of success and are now looking for more of an account development/management focused role.
