Electrical bias maintenance supervisor position for ongoing temp assignment in London

You will be working for NHS Property Services on one of their sites in London. NHS Property Services are owned by the Department of Health and manage around 3600 NHS facilities in the UK. You will be joining a renowned organisation across the UK who provide a critical service to NHS Trusts across the country,
Your new role
You will be employed as a supervisor on site to manage a team of engineers who deal with the reactive maintenance on site. You will also be responsible for liaising with the service provider on site that handles all the PPMs. Through this role you will ensure that all maintenance aspects on site are dealt with accordingly. You will be responsible for things such as quality checking work, appraisals, scheduling, creating work rotas and assisting in maintenance works as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be an experienced supervisor/manager who has a proven track record of delivering successful maintenance services in past roles. You will have up to date electrical qualifications and have experience of working with commercial plant as well as having a clean driving licence. You will be a strong leader who is able to manage and guide a team of in house multi disciplined team who operate mobile covering a large area across East and North London. You will be driven, hard working and have an understanding of working alongside a service provider/contract to ensure delivery of service.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be paid an hourly rate in line with Band 3 of the NHS framework on an initial temporary assignment working a 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday with occasional opportunities for overtime. You will be in a primarily static role within Zone 1 & 2 working from a hospital in an East End district of London and just north of the financial district of the City of London. You will from time to time have to use the on site vehicle to cover some of the satellite sites to the hospital.
