This highly successful recruitment company that has swiftly become market leaders in their field is looking for an experienced digital marketing manager to join them in a new role spearheading their digital marketing.

Duties of the digital marketing manager include:

Managing the company website and all content.
Ownership of the creation and issue of regular newsletters/hot jobs list to our registered members. Including:
Collation of relevant role information from each business unit
Production and issue of newsletters ensuring brand integrity and quality content.
Ownership of the creation and issuing of regular client branded advertisements and proposals to our online community
Development of the content and responsibility for the integrity of the site, ensuring internal changes are reflected in a timely and efficient manner
Assist with the building, testing and roll out of new website technologies and products
Managing the “Contact Us, Helpdesk and Info inboxes
In House Systems Delivery and Advice:
Lead on process review projects and delivery
Lead with the delivery of best practice at all times
Set up of new users across relevant systems
Become familiar with in house systems including website, intranet, job board portal, CRM and affiliated CRM Systems
Able to provide direction and offer advice across the business for all these system
In house liaison between business and providers/suppliers for query resolution
Provide initial and follow up training on our CRM systems
Provide refresher training for all other sales team related systems
Ensuring back office integrity on systems
Assist with CRM projects to ensure data integrity including de-duplication and removal of legacy data.
Policing our online brand presence and the correct adherence to our brand guidelines
Investigating and producing branded collateral as necessary

The ideal digital marketing manager will come from a recruitment company or similar related industry. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious with a desire to succeed and make their mark on an exciting business.
