This industry leader provides car and commercial vehicle leasing packages to SMEs and private individuals throughout the UK. Starting in 2000 they are celebrating their 17th year anniversary.

They have built long standing, established relationships with all leading vehicle manufacturers and they are partners with all of the major funders and finance houses including Network Vehicles, ARVAL, ALD Automotive, Hitachi Finance, Alphabet and Lex Vehicle Leasing. Due to significant growth in the market, they are looking for experienced individuals to fill the following positions.

Account Managers/Sales Executives - Business and Personal Contract Hire Division

Due to significant growth in the market, they are looking to recruit experienced Contract Hire Account Managers to join their energetic and dedicated team at their offices near Preston. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidates to join their experienced and dedicated team.

You will be target driven both in sales and customer service and responsible for qualifying and converting inbound car leasing enquiries generated by their website, via telephone, e-mail and their various affinity programmes.

After qualifying the needs of each customer, you will actively promote the best value and most suitable car leasing packages to both private and business customers using their in-house finance systems and state of the art CRM system.

Due to the success of their team, the company will shortly be moving into brand new, state of the art offices at their location near Preston which will include hi-tech work stations, meeting rooms, showers and canteen.

- The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, flair and imagination in identifying and maximising opportunities.

- A high level of intellect, numeracy and accuracy with a logical and common sense approach.

- Experience and proven success of B2B / B2C sales. Previous experience in the motor industry is not necessary,

- Organisational skills, commercial awareness, objection handling skills and a high level of attention to detail are required.

- You must provide outstanding customer service at all times.

Their normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (Business hours). This is a full time, permanent position. In return, they offer a very good basic salary, market leading on-target bonus structure, company car, pension, private health insurance and other benefits.
