As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the development of new and existing accounts. You will undertake the prospecting of potential clients through advertising, business development, trade associations and visits to clients' offices to discuss their insurance requirements. Working in conjunction with internal brokers, making full market submissions and writing new business reports for presentation to clients. Also negotiating the renewal of existing business with the client, whilst undertaking a full review of the insurance portfolio.
The ideal applicant will possess a minimum of 3-5 years experience ideally gained within a commercial insurance environment and a proven track record in business development and client servicing. Ideally from a broker background with direct client contact, although consideration will be given to external insurance company candidates. Progress with ACII preferred.
