They are investment and assets advisory service that sell complex financial products to licenced Independent Financial Professionals. Established more than ten years ago, since they've grown their customer base to over 50,000 investors and built relationships with thousands of individual advisers, resulting in over £3 billion in assets under management. They take a different approach to other investment companies. Preferring to listen to their investors and designing products that really meet their needs. Ethical and transparent in every facet of their operation they focus on making their investors happy. They are based in the heart of the City of London, in their internationally renowned head offices.

Due extensive levels of growth over the last year the company are looking to expand their dynamic financial services sales team in order to capitalise on new business. Due to the success of their September intake they have decided, for the first time, to reopen their prestigious graduate scheme for a New Year intake. The role is not limited to the sales process, account management and business development will be key elements of the role. You will be developing new, and managing existing, relationships with financial intermediaries within the region. In order to do this effectively you must understand the client's investment objectives and provide suitable planning ideas to ensure they are met.

The remuneration package on offer is extremely generous, the base salary is between £28,000 and £36,000. Further, your performance will be rewarded by a yearly sliding bonus structure of three levels. Level one being £12,000, level two £24,000 and finally level three £36,000. At the core of the company's beliefs is investing into the futures of their employees, giving them all of the tools required for success. This is evident on this scheme, as the company pay for graduates to take their Chartered Financial Analyst qualifications, and supports them throughout.

They are looking for graduates with an entrepreneurial nature, but whom can operate and thrive within a corporate structure. Financial services experience is not a prerequisite, however investment banking or fund management experience would be preferable as it will enable you to hit the ground running in understanding and selling the complex financial products.

A 2.1 from a top twenty university is an absolute prerequisite, previous sales experience would be advantageous. Finally, the candidate must possess the boldness and drive to be successful in a competitive and evolving environment.
