Senior Pension Administrators - Multiple Roles
Due to a number of new business wins and internal promotions, this global employer that is a trusted business partner to the world’s leading organisations is now seeking a number of additional Senior Pension Administrators for their offices in Surrey.
These are roles with a mixture of administration, mentoring/supervision and client management responsibilities. This will include ensuring that the team manage all Defined Benefit and/or Defined Contribution administration is completed in a timely and efficient manner, checking individual work cases, mentoring, training and developing others and working on client specific projects, such as collating and analysing data, report production and managing and resolving and dealing with any technical requirements or areas of escalation.
You will already an experienced Pensions Administrator possessing detailed knowledge of Defined Benefit arrangements (any Defined Contribution experience would also be useful), who is now looking for additional responsibility and further progression.
Additionally, it is essential that you have proven organisational and communication skills coupled with the ability to oversee, mentor and develop less experienced members of the team.
