Nursery Teacher - Person Specification
To be considered you must be a passionate and caring Nursery Teacher or Nursery NQT who has a history of 'Good' or better classroom practice and ambitious goals for a school's performance. The successful candidate will have a track record that clearly demonstrates a natural affinity and enjoyment for teaching. You will be a dependable individual who can bring a sense of innovation and creativity to the role, thinking outside current paradigms and making your own mark on the school. The school needs a teacher who has an inspiring nature when in class that not only ensures their students do their work but also work in a positive and motivated fashion.

About the Role
This Nursery Teacher role involves you teaching a 29-strong group of cheerful Nursery pupils. You will be fostering and nurturing the creative ethos and atmosphere that the Head of EYFS Department has created. In general, you will be establishing a close working relationship with a M who will act as your mentor, providing you with extra skills and knowledge that will turn you into a consistently 'Outstanding' practitioner. As a Nursery Teacher you will be working hard from day one to develop and improve your teaching, you will be able to draw on the advice and input of a dedicated mentor who will be an experienced member of the existing teaching staff.
