Business Development Manager

As a long established organisation with a great number of national and international clients, our client is seeking an established sales professional within the energy industry. An individual looking to play an integral part in the growth plan and benefit with the expansion of the company.

Key duties will include

  • To intelligently manage and develop relationships from Small to Medium sized companies up to and including blue chip corporations
  • Present proposals displaying a high level of aptitude and professionalism with the outcome of securing signed agreements to maximise revenue
  • Successful candidates will also be required to create their own pipeline through proactive canvassing and tele-canvassing to secure own appointments Carry out initial face to face fact finding visit with clients
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics

The ideal candidate will

  • Have at least two years’ experience in the energy industry
  • Have a proven track record of selling consultative products
  • Be a driven individual
  • Work well on their own
