COMMERCIAL INSURANCE BROKER SUPPORT MANAGER
Clark James Insurance Recruitment are excited to be working with a major Commercial Insurance broker in the North Kent area. The position of Commercial Broker Support Manager will ideally suit an experienced Team Leader/Manager, experience is essential within a broking/Insurance background. The successful candidate will report in to the Commercial Department Manager and control workflow through the business. A key focus of the role is to ensure the provision of excellent operational service within the team and service delivery to clients. The successful candidate will bring a fresh input into process and efficiencies whilst managing a team of people to motivate and drive development. Duties and Key Tasks - Manage Broker Support, Account Handling and Sales Support team members in their duties and work performance, providing feedback where necessary and reporting back on team strengths/weaknesses - Motivate, guide and mentor team members to exceed goals and create a positive environment - Ongoing development and training of new and existing team members to achieve individual and company standards - Undertake regular Team meetings and 121's - Oversee department audit process (Daybook) and other key processes such as 45 day debt report to ensure minimal errors and debt.
