Position: Community and Events Fundraiser

Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £22,397.16 to £24,524.97 per annum

About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to work with the Community and Events Fundraising team to develop fundraising in the South West Region.

In this role you will work in collaboration with the Community and Events Fundraising team for the region to promote and implement a range of exciting fundraising events and community fundraising initiatives. You will also recruit and support a network of In Aid of supporters who will carry out their own fundraising so that income generation targets are achieved.

About you:

You will need to be a team player with excellent communication and people skills, be pro-active, flexible, resilient, good-humoured and be prepared to organise and manage a busy workload to meet deadlines.

You will need to be able to develop positive and productive networks both within the association and externally across communities in the South West Region.

If you have a suitable background from working in both community and events fundraising then this exciting role could be for you.

You may have experience of the following: Community & Events Fundraiser, Volunteer Manager, Fundraising and Events Coordinator, Charity Event Co-ordinator, Events Manager, IOF, Marketing Assistant, Community Fundraiser, Direct Marketing, Events Co-ordinator and Community Fundraising, Corporate Fundraiser, Events Assistant, Third Sector, Charity, Not for Profit, etc.
