Junior IT Support Analyst

My client, one of the worlds' fastest growing Franchise networks, is rapidly expanding their IT division. They are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join their internal IT Helpdesk. You will be the first point of contact for all internal staff/employees. You will be reporting into the Helpdesk Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

- Supporting all IT hardware and software (including PC's, laptops, desk phones)
- First point of resolution for all internal IT enquiries and escalations
- As a priority, to provide a support service meaning that the business can continue operating without any interruption

Skills / Experience required:

- This role is ideal for trainee/graduate level candidates who have at least 1 years' experience within an IT Support role
- It is beneficial for you to have an understanding of ITIL methodology
- It is essential for you to have an understanding/exposure to the Microsoft desktop environment (Windows XP, 7 and 10, MS Office 2010-2016 PRO and 365)
- It is extremely important for you to be a strong communicator and have a logical approach to problem solving tasks
