About the role:
Day to day tasks will involve performing air and water balancing and HVAC systems validations to CIBSE Codes and BSRIA Guidelines. There will be travel and sometimes an overnight stay necessary to complete work to a high standard. Responsible for following instructions and reporting any issues to your Line Manager, generating test sheets and reports in a timely manner using master templates.
Adhering to Health and Safety and Quality policies and ensuring customer and personal safety at all times.
Basic site hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm

Dedication and approachability towards team and clients are key attributes for this role. It is important you can follow instruction and promote a professional company image as there will be regular contact with the client?s representative on site.
A full UK Driving Licence and CSCS Card is crucial. It is essential you are computer literate and able to use a mac, initially with some training and guidance if required. It is also important you are familiar with BSRIA guidelines and CIBSE Codes A & W.
