This is an opportunity to join an award winning swim school, using its own purpose built teaching pools and private pools. Currently operating from six locations, they cover every aspect of swimming lessons and teaching.

As they continue to invest in both their facilities and team members, they are now looking for a motivated, numerate, accounts and administration assistant to join their Head Office team in Ipswich.

The position will be mainly financial based, working under the Finance and Area Managers.

You will need book keeping experience preferably using Xero accounts system, however, this is not essential.

The job role includes:-
- Entering and processing onto sales and purchase ledgers
- Preparing payments via online banking
- Reconciling accounts
- Credit control
- Direct Debit administration
- Taking incoming calls for the company
- Preparation of employee timesheets for payroll
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
- General office administration

You need to:-
- Have excellent focus and attention to detail on customer excellence
- Have good communication skills, both in person and on the phone
- Have previous skills in booking keeping required
- Possibly studying towards AAT qualification, but not essential
- Be friendly and approachable
- Be self-motivated with attention to detail
- Be professional, enthusiastic, friendly and have a fun personality

Hours and Salary
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30
- 28 Days Holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
- Salary dependant on experience
