A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Administration & Accounts Assistant to join this companies team. Hours can be full time or part time to suit the right person and would ideally suit someone who needs to fit in around School collection.

You will have relevant experience of accounts administration and be fluent with Microsoft office software. You need to have great organisational skills and be confident on the Telephone.

Your new role:

- Raising customer invoices
- Resolving queries as they arise
- Monitor helpdesk support requests
- Data entry
- Assisting with sales and purchase ledger when required
- Answering incoming calls
- General administration tasks

What you'll need:

- Proven office and administration experience
- Ideally, experience of Sage 50 accounts or similar
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work proactively on your own as well as part of a team
