This company offers a home-from-home environment for all their guests and they pride themselves on the genuine relationships they build, offering their guests more than just a run of the mill chain-style level of service. As well as their bespoke approach to what great service is, they also offer delicious, fresh, clean and healthy food which is all cooked to order using fabulous ingredients every time.

They are not a chain-style business and whilst they want to maintain high standards and consistency throughout their eight restaurants, they do not want to lose the personal and individual elements that keep them unique.

They have an exciting opportunity for an Events and Marketing Manager to join a growing team within the hospitality sector.

As a business they focus on offering fabulous service and great food which they do well, but now they need to tell everyone how well they do this!

The role:

- Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal to delivery
- Successful implementation of strategies and projects
- Produce and keep to concise budgets throughout all projects, events and marketing campaigns
- Understanding and incorporating Company voice in all projects
- To be up to date with, and be able to execute, successful marketing channels and industry relevant campaigns
- To run clear, defined marketing campaigns online to budget/timescales

- To be able to devise and execute effective campaigns and strategies that fit the business
- To be able to work with restaurant teams when organising and delivering events and strategies
- To work with external agencies and suppliers as and when necessary to collaborate for successful events and marketing campaigns

- To ensure that events held benefit and enhance the business
- To hold local events in our restaurants that promote and enhance the business, such as evening events/courses that incorporate an imaginative offering whilst remaining achievable and true to the business
- To know all restaurants' local areas and understand their demographics and clientele
- To devise events and campaigns that support new restaurant openings
- To have a visible, targeted, focused Company online presence

The successful candidate will be:
- Proactive, driven and self-motivated and able to work with little instruction or direction
- Organised in managing time, budgets, strategies and data whilst retaining creative flair and imagination in work produced
- A big picture thinker - there must be a clear direction and vision for marketing and events
- A great project manager
- An inventive, fun and adventurous thinker who isn't constrained by corporate styles and traditional, 'safe' methods
- A great communicator; verbally, written and through online/social media platforms
