This leading supplier of Software to the UK hospitality sector, is looking to recruit a Sales, Marketing and On-boarding Executive.

A key role reporting directly to the Head of Sales ensuring that all activity relative to client sales, marketing and on-boarding is documented, logged, tracked and progressed; and that all meetings, both physical and virtual, are well organised and communicated. To assist the Head of Sales and third party marketing partners in generating and communicating with new prospects to secure sales appointments. Opportunity to become involved in sales visits as role evolves.

A dynamic online hospitality software company (labour scheduling, e-procurement, stock taking & recipe costing, patient ordering etc.), with an innovative team; market leader in contract catering & FM sector and growing presence in leisure, restaurants & hotels. Clients include Rhubarb at Royal Albert Hall, G4S, Sodexo, Aramark, Champneys and David Lloyd Clubs.

Candidate Overview
An energetic and fast thinking individual with exceptional communication skills. Very organised, thorough and responsive way of working and an inherent understanding of exceptional customer service. This would ideally suit someone with previous experience in a fast-paced environment co-ordinating the activities of a team of people. Tenacity is vital. Knowledge of Salesforce and Teamwork is a real advantage.

Key Tasks

- Ensure seamless administration of the sales, marketing and on boarding activity
- Ensure all minutes, agreements and contact details are on Salesforce
- Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of Salesforce
- Research the details on new prospects
- Project mapping for on-boarding projects
- Attendance at key, on and off site, meetings as required, with a Board member
- Initial supplier communications and on-boarding
- Brand identity champion
- Support updating of company website with news and information
- Create e-bulletins via Mailchimp and monitor/report on their success.
- Keep collateral up to date as new products and features are launched
- Create mini videos to promote applications using Camtasia (or similar) and post on YouTube and social media
- Coordinate our presence at industry events (such as Business Breakfasts, stands at Conferences etc.)
- Maintain a knowledge base of our competitors and their new activity
- Investigate, and implement, how we can better use social media to enhance their industry awareness and create leads
- Prepare and co-ordinate marketing and communication. Publish KPI reports
- Secure and co-ordinate sales visits for the Head of Sales
