CRM Executive - Luxury Retail Brand
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic CRM Executive to join a well-know luxury retail brand based in Central London. As the CRM Executive you own specific areas and projects and will be working closely with the Marketing Manager to drive all aspects of CRM Marketing including, working with their CRM agency, briefing designs and building as well as supporting their personalisation roadmap.
About the role...
- Building and developing emails within the ESP system to help deliver CRM programmes
- Supporting the operational design and delivery of customer programmes in a highly targeted and relevant way, to deliver maximum value to and from each customer
- Working with internal campaign design teams and third party providers to deliver end-to-end, direct, e-mail, and social marketing communications across all channels
- Communicating insight to stakeholders and contributing to the design of programmes using and learnings from previous campaigns
- Alongside the Marketing Manager you will be developing online personalisation programmes using a third party tool and their CRM customer data. You will be analysing results, producing robust reporting and recommending new programmes
- You will have at least 2 years experience in a CRM/Database role within retail or digital industry
- Strong understanding of segmentation and experience of running complex multi targeted campaigns
- You will be highly numerate with good analytic skills with the ability to report on testing programmes
- Solid knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with expert understanding of excel functions, such as Pivot tables
- You will be commercially focused with strong communication skills
