We are currently partnering with a young, innovative and fast growing organisation based in the centre of Harrogate who is looking for an Agency Sales Executive to join their high energy forward thinking team.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working with Estate Agents across the region, your responsibilities will include:

  • developing new business, on the phone and face to face, by partnering with Estate Agents advertising residential properties
  • maximising the relationship with existing partners
  • helping to build advertising revenue by developing and selling new and interesting opportunities to local businesses.

As the right person you are confident, driven and have a minimum of 2 years sales experience, ideally within property or advertising sales. You know how to convert leads and close deals in an open and ethical manner and are able to build strong commercial relations with businesses from a range of industries. You are able to communicate at all levels and are able to think outside of the box and enjoy the challenge of both professional and personal development within a new business sector.

On top of the basic salary this role offers uncapped commission (OTE £35,000+), 20 days holiday and regular individual and team incentives. This is an ideal role for someone looking for a role that offers a greater level of flexibility and autonomy.
