We are a small, but growing company and pride ourselves with our team spirit and our willingness to get involved across the board. We run 3 separate businesses from our offices and our new team member, although directly employed by New Forest Wealth Management, will work across all 3 companies equally.
We are looking to recruit a full time office assistant who will also provide office adminstration and reception duties.
The successful candidate will be involved with the day to day administration of the office and support their work colleagues in meeting our clients needs.
You will need to be highly organised and have a polite and cheerful disposition with a good telephone manner. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to copy type is essential. The ability to audio type would also be preferred but not essential.
Salary is £16,000 - £17,000 depending on experience plus an annual profit related bonus. Hours are 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch and 28 days holiday per annum (inc Bank Holidays).
