A reputable organisation within the Building & Construction industry are looking for a Reconciliations Clerk to join their growing team within the Finance function.

A reputable organisation within the Building & Construction industry situated in Peterborough are looking to grow their Finance function.

Description

  • The job holder will be responsible for investigating, resolving and escalating any variances in the reconciliations bank, cash in-transit, control Accounts and online customer reconciliations.
  • They will use their knowledge to resolve variances through contacting internal and external stakeholders.
  • To be responsible for producing the daily invoice and reconciliation of the Debtor/Creditor activity.
  • To generate payments as and when required.

Profile

The Reconciliations clerk will have come from a Finance or Banking background and portray;

  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of financial services/banking with an understanding of basic bookkeeping
  • Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain accuracy
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve issues to conclusion
  • Demonstrable experience of resolving variances
  • Experience of using reconciliation systems
