£16-19k Basic Salary, £6k Commission, Pension scheme (5% contribution from the client)

My client is an established name within the Umbrella Payroll industry, and they are looking for a polished, professional and organised person to join their Internal Welcome Team.

Key responsibilities
*Help promote the company
*Good telephone manner, including clear speech and the ability to understand people
*Inform customers about services that could suit them
*Suggesting products they may be interested in
*Run through a detailed calculation
*Generates relationships with existing Agencies
*Keeping in touch with the legislation changes within the accountancy industry (AWR, SDC, IR35)
*Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email
*Responding to contractors and agencies promptly
*Strong punctuality
*Being first point of contact for all customers knowing the products inside and out
*Strong Administration, for note taking, maintaining a call log and keeping track of multiple tasks at once
*Working closely with the compliance and payroll/account manager teams
*Obtaining accurate details on contractor personal details
*Working closely with the Business development teams on their agency referrals
*To follow up on leads
*To assist with any other duties that may occur from time to time in order to meet the needs of my Client's Group, which are not covered above. These will be agreed with the Welcome team manager or company director

Day to day Duties
*On a day-to-day basis, Welcome team advisers are likely to be required to deal with a variety of customer requests and provide assistance to help with providing information on how an umbrella company works via phone and email. Dealing with incoming, schedule calls and email requests as soon as your working day starts.
*It is essential for Welcome Team Advisers to have great communication skills, to be able to explain the umbrella payroll process to contractors and agencies via phone and email. The primary aim of those working in customer service teams is to leave customers with a good impression of the company.

The package on offer for the successful Internal Welcome Team Adviser is:
-£16-19k Basic salary
-£6k+ Commission
