Web Support Analyst - Central London

This role will involve providing support and web analysis (trends, traffic and campaign data analysis) to a key global client. You will provide direct technical support to Online Managers, Marketing and Web professionals within the business. You will respond to and handle web systems troubleshooting.

To be suitable for this role you will have had previous experience of the following:
- Omniture SiteCatalyst and/or Google Analytics (ideally Omniture)
- Tag management and analysis
- QA reporting
- Data analysis and traffic trend reporting
- Providing technical and function support to Marketing teams regarding the use of Omniture SiteCatalyst (visitor tracking framework)
- HTML skills would be ideal but are not essential
