Launched over 10 years' ago, I am working in partnership with an innovative Professional Services firm offering progressive and creative design solutions to the Commercial, Residential and Private-client sectors. Based in the heart of Basingstoke they offer the market a reliable and creative service, and offer their employees the chance to work in busy, modern offices as part of a growing team. Due to expansion, we are actively seeking the job of Marketing Manager to join the team in Basingstoke on a full-time basis.
Your new role
As the Marketing Manager you will work closely with a company Director to help define the brand's marketing strategy moving forward. This will include PR and press relations, online and social media activity, marketing branding and collateral, and email marketing. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a broad range of Marketing activities, and suggest ways in which the brand can increase their profile and gain recognition for their achievements. This will include everything from web updates, posting on social media, writing content for marketing collateral, and working with the press to write and disseminate important information about the brand. You will also have regular travel to the London Studio.
What you'll need to succeed
You will utilise your broad background in Marketing and any skills across PR, press writing, social media, managing web content, copywriting, email marketing, lead generation and events coordination. You will hold a degree qualification, ideally in a related subject such as Marketing, Communications, PR or Journalism, and your demonstrable experience in a marketing role will hold you in good stead to take on this job. Due to the nature of the business and size of the team, you will use your organisation, professionalism and self-motivation to manage your own workload, and any technical knowledge of design software or CMS (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Wordpress etc.) would also be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, and other benefits such as pension and holiday.
