This small, trendy restaurant in Central London is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join their highly talented and passionate brigade. Offering a modern cuisine, the pastry chef will work closely with the head chef to put his brilliant ideas onto a tasty plated desserts.
The ideal pastry chef will be highly talented, passionate about details on the plate, enthusiastic and looking to create amazing plated desserts.
Ideally someone with a can do attitude, a passion for products with a desire to learn and work hard. The pastry chef will be in charged of the pastry team, have creativity on the menu and work with 2 others chefs.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a rosette or michelin restaurant. I'm looking for someone who can do plated desserts and also detailed and great entremets, petit fours and tasty cakes.
This is a great opportunity to develop management skills, bring ideas and be in charged of a pastry kitchen. You'll work part of a focused team who wants to maintain high standard.
Based on 7 shifts per week, the company is offering a salary up to £24,000, with meal on duty, working 50 hours/week.
