£25,000 plus £15,000 commission (£40,000 uncapped OTE)

The ideal candidate will be looking for a role as a Sales Team Leader leading an Inbound Sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role as a Sales Team Leader where they have a proven background leading a Sales team to success.
The candidate will be looking for a role within a prestigious company, with a strong desire to have a long and successful career.
The successful candidate will lead a team that is responsible for converting mainly inbound calls to Sales, however there is also outbound calls. This is a targeted role, only candidates with a genuine personal drive, proven results in a previous role and a genuine motivation should apply.
Sales Team Leader Role
£25,000 + £5,000/6,000 OTE
- Leading inbound sales team
- Working with team members to ensure that they are meeting and exceeding KPI's
- Creating reports to be sent to management (Excel skills required)
- Providing coaching and mentoring to team members
- Providing training to new starters
- Following up on inbound sales leads (no cold-calling)
- Responsible for handling the whole order-to-install process
- Scheduling installation appointments
- Handling cancellation calls
- Hitting monthly and quarterly KPIs in order to maximise commission
- Experience of managing a Sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven results in a similar role previously
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Target driven
- Confident with a positive, cheery attitude
- Willing to work hard (and play hard!)
- Excellent, polite phone manner
- Experience with a business development role is essential
